Nutrition Response Testing

The Nutrition Response Testing process is simple and non-invasive. I begin by testing your body using a highly effective, scientific means to uncover your body’s health priorities and specific needs. Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the underlying causes of patient symptoms.

The clinically proven methods provide me with precise and immediate feedback - so precise that it can open the door to safe and lasting recovery, even where everything else has failed.

I can then provide you with a plan personalized to your body’s specific needs.

Most of the symptoms my clients experience can be alleviated naturally. Those symptoms include: stomach aches, migraines, backaches, muscle aches, anxiety, bloating, anxiety, acid reflux, allergies, hormone imbalance, weight problems, poor sleep, rashes, arthritis, etc.

Be gentle with yourself. Healing is a process and takes time.

Nutrition Response Testing uses whole food recommendations, clinical nutrition, and detoxification of the body to balance and strengthen your body for renewed health and wellness.

Getting Started: Initial Consultation and First Visit - $125

Your initial Consultation consists of two visits lasting up to 90 minutes each. During your first visit, you will spend approximately 30 minutes informing me about your current health and allowing me to better understand your symptoms and health goals. It is important that you bring a complete list of all medications, vitamins and supplements that you are currently taking. I will then perform Nutrition Response Testing (a non-invasive system of analyzing the body to determine the underlying causes of a patient’s symptoms). I may perform additional non-invasive tests for the following:

  • Scars

  • Food Sensitivities

  • Digestive Disturbances

  • Sugar Imbalances

  • Thyroid Related Challenges

  • Adrenal Insufficiencies

  • Immune Challenges (Bacteria, Virus, Parasite, Fungus)

  • Chemical and Metal Challenges

I will also conduct a computerized Heart Rate Variability (HRV) test - watch your health score improve as you heal!

Second Visit: Report of Findings - (Included in cost of first visit)

I will review your Report of Findings, which details the results from your first visit, and go over the recommended treatment plan. I will take time to answer any questions you may have.

First Therapeutic Visit: Immediately follows the Report of Finding - $40

If the patient and practitioner agree that Nutrition Response Testing is a good fit for the patient, we will continue immediately after the Report of Findings with the First Therapeutic Visit. During this visit, I will verify the findings from the initial visit and determine the dosages of any recommended supplements.

Three Phases of Health Restoration

I. Phase One - Fine Tuning Phase: (from 6 weeks to 6 months)

Once you start on your initial nutritional supplement program, you will come weekly in order to COMPLETELY fine tune your basic personal nutritional program. These visits are normally completed weekly to ensure proper monitoring. During this time, I will also be reviewing your food intake and offering you guidance with regard to any essential improvements necessary to maximize your gains.

II. Phase Two - Healing and Observation Phase (from 6 weeks minimum to 12 months)

After your initial “Fine Tuning” period is completed, meaning that your nutritional program is stabilized, you will be ready to start on your next step, the “Healing and Observation Period”. This part of your healing cycle normally does not require continuing weekly visits. Indeed, most people find that optimum progress can be obtained by having a regular schedule of check-ups every other week.

During this Healing and Observation Phase, I will be doing two things:

  • Monitoring all of your organs/areas to ensure that your body is responding appropriately to your program

  • Adjusting your program as needed while you move through this period of time to ensure maximum potential gain for you. This may or may not include changes in doses, and/or adding or deleting any particular supplement or recommendation. This will be based on what your body indicates is needed.

Occasionally during this period additional layers of concern may show up and further recommendations may be made which might include additional procedures that can be done in our office such as acupuncture and/or PEMF therapy.

III. Phase Three - Maintenance Phase

Once you have achieved a more optimum health level, you will want to stay well. That is most easily accomplished through monthly Nutrition Response Testing visits over the next year and beyond. Most maintenance programs require lesser amounts of nutritional supplements than were needed in the earlier steps of your program to protect your investment in your health. Getting onto a maintenance program will assist you in maintaining the health improvements that you have experienced to this point.
